Nudie 'Nude' Snacks - Katsu Cauliflower Crisps
Looking for an interesting new snack? Or to get more vegetables in your diet? So many seem to be ultra processed, so I like the look and taste of the 'nude' snack range from Nudie Snacks.
I came across this range at the Farm Shop and Deli Show last week; a trade show in Birmingham. I went straight in to try the Katsu Cauliflower Crisps and they were gorgeous; crispy, flavourful and actually tasted like cauliflower, in a good way!
They also do Lentil curls, roasted chickpeas, broad beans and corn and coconut chips too. They came up with the Nudie name because their snacks are all as pure and unadulterated as possible. Like a nudie newborn!
