The condiment selection at Fabulous Food Finds HQ is pretty epic! Ketchup, hot sauce, crispy chilli sauce, curry sauce, fruity sauces, they all can make a bland meal amazing. Here we share our favourites and invite you to share some of yours by getting in touch and telling us all about them!
- Aye Pickled
A fantastic small batch Scottish producer of gourmet pickles and live cultured ferments. The bread and butter pickles are fantastic and I dare you not to adore the kimchi hot sauce!
- The Chili Maven
Mexican Salsa Macha by the Chili Maven. A gorgeous chilli hit from these chilli and spice pastes.
- Nojo London
A gorgeous line up of Asian inspired sauces and salad dressings. Ingredients and flavours include Tahini, Miso, Sesame, Yuzu and Teriyaki. Perfect way to easily add flavour to salads, stir frys, noodles, rice or any meal!
- Orriss and Son
Developed by chef David Underwood, this is a line up of 3 fermented chilli sauces. They come with unique names that give a clue to David's musical tastes; Fresh Tendrils, Even Flow and My Wave.
Which is your favourite?
- Pico Sauces
Pico make fabulous modern Indian condiments like the kind you'd find in Dishoom. Punjabi Ketchup tastes just like butter chicken, the Ghost Naga is packed full of heat and the Tamarind Chutney is gloriously sweet and tangy. Look out for Mango, Coriander and Green Chilli Sauces too!
- RoniB's Kitchen
RoniB's Kitchen combines the bold and complex flavours of the Philippines in their range of sauces, dips and ketchups. Roni uses family recipes and her own memories of home (the Philippines).
She uses the best local and Southeast Asian ingredients; thier products are all-natural and free from artificial flavourings, colourings and preservatives.
My favourites are the umami rich Black Bean Chilli Oil and the zesty Kalamansi Marmalade.
- The Sauce Shop
Nottingham based independent producer of fantastic sauces, mayos and seasoning rubs, The Sauce Shop are a must for condiment lovers!
- Tan Rosie
Lee and Monika, based in Birmingham, make incredible Caribbean products and teach people how to make amazing Caribbean food! Hot chilli sauces, powders and rubs, pestos, dips, fudge, crisps and more!
- Tonkotsu Chilli Oil
This has been a bit of a game changer at Fabulous Food Finds HQ. It's got everything; sweet, salty, umami, fruity, nutty from the sesame seeds and heat from the chilli. You have to try this!
- The Woolf's Kitchen
Thai inspired sauces that pack all the sweet, spicy, fresh flavours you expect from Thai food. With inspiration from Mexico, India and further travels you'll love the big bold flavours of these sauces and spiced nuts.
