I’ve been signed up to Gabriella’s mailing list for AGES and admired her incredible chocolates from afar. She has been busy working as the official chocolatier to the Wonka film (how wow is that?!) so when an email came through saying she was doing a batch of her bars, I just had to buy! The website was slow and the wait was painful but success! An incredible line up of six luxury chocolate bars; coconut praline, piedmont hazelnut and orange, black sesame and maple and pecan and more. Sun and Stephen Trigg make some of the most beautiful and delicious chocolates I've ever tasted.
They are based in Leeds and supply chocolate all over the UK, to Michelin starred restaurants and even to British Airways first class customers.

I must admit to loving a challenge and when I was told that they are hard to buy I totally accepted the mission to buy some! My tip - check the restock timings and go straight in for a bundle - don't dilly dally choosing different bars!
The caramel apple cinnamon pie chocolate bar was my favourite but there are sooo many delicious flavours to try.
Stocks are limited, so if you're like me and love a challenge be ready for the next restock!
