Ghee, Glorious Ghee
Have you tried ghee? I love it; you get the gorgeous butteriness of erm, butter, but it can cook at a very high temperature without burning and it doesn't have to be kept chilled either. You can use it to spread, fry, bake and more in place of butter or oil.

It starts with the best quality butter, then is gently heated to remove any water and milk solids, so brings an ultra buttery, caramelised flavour. It has loads of gut and immune system benefits (read all about it on the Ghee Appetit website) and is popular in Keto diets too.
Vidushi at Ghee Appetit knows everything there is to know about ghee and makes the most amazing range of pure and infused ghee. Flavours include Roasted Garlic (so versatile in the kitchen!), Cinnamon (great to make bulletproof coffee) and the indulgent, luxurious Morel Pate Ghee made with Morels hand-picked after lightning strikes in the Himalayan Mountains (amazing, right?!).
It's all made with organic milk from Grass-Fed British Cow's milk and is an incredibly versatile product of the highest quality. They've just booked in to feature at the BBC Good Food Show Winter in the Food Champions area, where you can taste the range and learn more from Vidushi about how awesome Ghee is.
Will we see you there?
